I believe that the address the person provided is a public assistance housing cooperative. Now if that person can file such a fancy $576 million frivilous filing, and waste the City Attorney’s time, then why would they be on the public dole in the first place? Perhaps an investigation into that matter is justified by HUD or the Indianapolis Housing Agency. -Just sayin….
