When you talk with Drummer, be sure to ask him (since he thinks you don’t have all the info…be sure to GET all the info):
If this issue was ever discussed on the publidshed agenda of the Township Board?
Were other entities given an opportunity to bid on this space?
Is there a lease? If so, can you release it? How did you determine “market rates” ?
Are you involved in any way as an investor, Mr. Drummer?
Will patrons to this bar have to go through your front-door goon squad to gain access?

What is going on with assistant Deputy Mayor Eugene Anderson? I heard he resigned due to battering his wife some time ago.
