Fishburn’s campaign is totally personal. Running for personal reasons? Is that the way he wants to run Marion County?? Fishburn is an angry angry man. I have seen a number of his talks….the same everywhere. It was an awful tragedy ref his son but run on his own accomplishments and there are not many. He scares me.

“I’m expecting more reports to be updated over the course of the day. So check back periodically.” That sure did not pan out but the cost is just a few mouseclicks. For a report of financing to be of use should it not include ALL the reportable expenses? Does Mitch report his “independent” expenditures in behalf of fiscal conservatives? You could ask him or his designee to sketch in the details so that a more complete report could be made to the public.

I was thinking of voting for Fishburn until he started using his son’s incident as a campaign commercial. To use his son’s bravery and injury to further his political career is disgusting.

The FOP is loathe to ever endorse a Democrat. It happens so seldom.

At least they’ve stopped whining publicly. They were losing a lot of credibility for awhile there.

They’re entitled to endorse. We’re not obligated to listen. Just like all the other endorsements of any stripe. If I thought the FOP represented the beat officer in any remotely-significant way, I’d pay attention. But I’ve asked, and too often, they don’t.

I am an IPS teacher. My health insurance coverage costs $6500 per year and I pay about $1500 of that. That makes it about $5000 per year. Once again, Pascal is posting with faulty info and simply making up numbers.
