You'd think that "leaders" concerned about what "other states are doing" as relates to property taxes, etc., would know about & avoid the California referenda problems of one sided, advocacy drafting.<br><br>What happened to the original template for drafting Indiana's referenda & if there was an "exception" made for Wishard- why? If that's true, bureaucratic greed for private sector resources will always present an "exception" to balanced drafting of these real estate development proposals.<br><br>So, this is "good" government? Referen-doomed?

This referenda stuff's been around in states like California for quite some time. You'd think that “leaders” concerned about what “other states are doing” as relates to property taxes, etc., would know about & avoid the California referenda problems of one sided, advocacy drafting.

What happened to the original template for drafting Indiana's referenda & if there was an “exception” made for Wishard- why? If that's true, bureaucratic greed for private sector resources will always present an “exception” to balanced drafting of these real estate development proposals.

So, this is “good” government?
