You know, This Mayor keeps saying the past administration kept the budget process hidden. So far, everything This Mayor has done, Bart did. Everything that they have online, Bart had online.

Still waiting to see what “transparency” means. That means he would have to do something above and beyond Bart, and so far he hasn’t.

I don’t recall Bart ever doing a line-by-line itemization like this so early in the process. They even had to be cattle-prodded into outlining the savings from the police merger, which I supported.

BF if you will look at this budget compared to last years, where is the hidden sevices and charges with millions of dollars with no explanation? Yes it is used with a note of what is inculded.
