The fact that Ballard got elected and the CCC is R now has nothing to do with luck but everything to do with the fact that we didn't think that the D's where getting the job done. Mayor Ballard could have passes on the super bowl if he wanted to but his administration getting it only proves that Peterson's failed at his attempt-Ballard won , Peterson lost. And getting the police dept. turned around only proves the ineptness of the previous administration. How does any of what Tully describes prove luck, it only seems to highlight a case of the failure of the Peterson regime. Oh, if you look at our winters over the past few years you would find that we have been very mild with few significant snowfalls, so is that luck too?
