		<description>Gee, and here I thought the election in November expressed the will of the people in this matter.  The guy who believed in Sheriff Anderson got shown the door, and the guy who thinks the Mayor ought to be in charge of public safety was elected in his place.  Sounds like a "referendum on public safety" to me.

But I guess Sheriff Anderson's memory doesn't go back that far, nor do his reasoning abilities extend to that kind of logic.</description>
