Mr. Shabazz you’re single right? Which means you can go to any nudie bar you want and I don’t really see it as an issue. I work nights so I don’t catch your show in the mornings that often, but from what I’ve gathered you don’t exactly take the moral high ground on a lot of issues (though you usually find some other high ground, hehe.) Anyway, who cares if a single guy goes to a strip club or runs around with women all night?

But isn’t Brizzi married?

I saw on WTHR that Ron Gibson released a statement saying that the special prosecutor found “no evidence” of wrongdoing on Mr. Gibson’s part.

Whoa! Even my head is spinning over that whopper. I think instead that the special prosecutor said that he had found insufficient evidence to convict.

I’m not a lawyer, and neither is Mr. Gibson, but jeesh! I can tell the difference between those two concepts, why can’t Mr. Gibson? Maybe Mr. Haith should have better vetted Mr. Gibson’s statement? I guess that the appearance of lying or that he is too ignorant to appreciate a legal distinction is just business as usual for those three.

If you read into the Red Star article this morning, front page, bottom, you’ll see who the special dem-o-crat prosecutor depo’d.
Low and behold the two eyewitnesses that could not make the case against Gibson was his “aunt and friend”!
Sounds like he stopped before he could depo anyone who might have really saw the truth! I smell a dirty rat!

does that help you? he loves to go to a certain westside club. either the girls are prettier there or it is farther away from his voters in franklin township

you have got to be kidding me. brizzi’s office can not win a thing if you were a real journalist you would investigate his conviction rate or lack thereof or see how much experience his lawyers have because no one wants to work for him..

also where on your blog is any comments about state rep. mike murphy and leaving the scene of an accident .. i believe that is a crime as well but you fail to cover that.

some fair and balance journalist you are .. go hang out at the strip clubs with your council buddy…

Dream on Abdul, This is Indianapolis, not Chicago. I’ve lived here 17 years and I’m still waiting to see signs of life indicating there is actually a public integrity section in either our local FBI office or U.S. Attorney’s office. This case has been pending for more than a year. Why weren’t these key witnesses’ testimony locked down in sworn statements or depositions when charges were first brought? The case gets tossed once because the prosecutor’s office didn’t file the proper paperwork for the appointment of a special prosecutor. He waits months on end to refile the charges. After he refiles the case, Gibson’s attorney has to push for a speedy trial, only to learn that the prosecutor isn’t ready for trial (i.e. eyewitnesses being deposed the week before trial). What a waste of taxpayer resources.
