Process you mention is close, except you missed the first step. First the Commission staff submits the complaint to Haith, and he is given time to respond. Then a determination is made by the 7 member Disciplinary Commission, if the Commission will file the charges. Like a criminal proceeding, the victim doesn’t decide but the Prosecutor does, here the Commission decides to file the charges.

Mark your calendar for next spring. Maybe the Council will have changed parties, and it won’t be news when charges are filed.

Aaron Haith is the lawyer for the Ghetto Mafia, along with Lacy Johnson. He always represents them. They come before the citizens, I thought everyone understood this.

Afterall, the Juice will take care of the Indiana Supreme Court. They’ll just make calls to Bayh, Andy Jacobs and Julia.

I organized several rallies at the CCC and could not believe how RUDELY the taxpayers were treated by Aaron Haith. For merely voicing our opinions (which is our guaranteed 1st amendment right), we were subjected to being thrown out of the council auditorium.

I hope they take away this creature’s law license for life. He is no public servant, nor is he an advocate for Indy’s citizens. He serves only to keep Monroe Gray in power.

Aaron Haith is a dishonorable person and a disgrace to the judiciary. His continued admittance to the bar is a mockery of justice!

(I was in court when a witness told Haith to “act like an attorney” during trial. The judge then admonished Haith for inappropriate conduct.)
