If they spent more on community programs and policing, and less time on something that effects a such a small percentage of youth, they might actually make a difference! It's like anything, if children want it bad enough, they'll find a way to get their hands on it. Instead, give them something more interesting. It's all a big smokescreen to make it look like they're trying to curb violence in the community.

While we're at it, how about we also fine the parents of the child's friend who let them play these games over at their house?
