The Mayor, clearly, wants to upgrade the quality of the Dem caucus. While he won't tell them who they should choose as president, he is clearly annoyed at the revolving door on that seat, and on Monroe Gray's complete lack of effective leadership. We'll know who wins this tussle in short order: slating in Feb.3--not that far away. If there are no changes on the Dem slate, then, Bart lost.
