<description>Out stater, you're going to have to explain yourself better, because according to Indiana law, the Marion County Clerk dropped the ball here, unless you're trying to say something I'm not understanding.

And just generally speaking, ANY matchup between Todd and Beth is not a fair fight. Not even close.

		<description>Two comments:

I have watched Tom Weatherwax challenge Garton and lose his Education Comm chairmanship. Now he fails to make a deal on the way out and loses Natural Resources. Tom is not ready for prime time.

A difference between absentee ballots in the Clerks office by the end of election day and ones postmarked by election day. Rokita is on the better ground - sorry anony. Postmark cannot work.

<description>Beth is one smart cookie, and on the issue of votes counting, she's dead right. As for logic, law and common sense, she can run rings around Rokita.

The situation works well now? Is TR drunk? Is he even remotely paying attention to Marion County elections over the last, oh, ten years?

Your good buddy Todd has some 'splaining to do.

In this day, you simply cannot defend any law or policy that fails to count absentee ballots which arrive at the clerk's office on time. Through no fault of the voter, those ballots were not counted, and they should be, whatever the result is.

Republicans learned well at the feet os masters on this issue, over the last 40 years. Suppression of votes has been their chief policy.

Count them all. Now.
