Get someone else to build and run the garage. It works great for Conseco Fieldhouse. Everyone in my building parks there during the week; so do the Anthem employees, and many of the City/County employees. The Convention Center is not far, and after the RCA Dome is demolished and the Convention Center expands, it will be even closer. Someone will be able to make some money on it, let them, and leave the taxpayers alone. No, there is an easy way around it. Get someone else to build and run the garage.
