Should the Judicial branch be able to limit speech by legislators? What next legislators can't talk about budget cuts, or talk about judicial term limits, or I-69 expansion because it runs through the Hamilton family farm? This comes down to unlawful limits on the discussion conducted by the legislative branch and an unelected official imposing his or her will over elected official or rather over the voters without any check.
