		<description>Hm. I get your point. But it seems that lawmakers could simply make a distinction between when (in their opinion) "life begins" and one's birthday. You know, like life begins at conception but for legal purposes we won't start counting your age until your birthday, that day when you become a person outside of the womb...

I'm guessing they haven't considered all the legal ramifications of such a change. Shocking, huh?
